Telugu actor-producer Nagendra Babu’s daughter Niharika Konidela and Chaitanya Jonnalagadda took wedding vows on Wednesday in an intimate wedding ceremony with close relatives and friends. The grand wedding took place at Udaipur’s Udaivilas Palace.
Niharika and Chaitanya got engaged in August, and got married as per Telugu customs on December 9, 2020. The Wedding Day
Bride Niharika looked every bit royal in a specially designed Kanjeevaram pattu saree and gold embroidered blouse. She completed the look with famous Kundan jewellery. She looked regal in hefty Kundan Necklace, multi layered Haar, long earrings and beautiful Matha Patti. Her pretty Nath caught all the attention which further added to her imperial look. The groom, on the other hand, opted for a brown and gold brocade sherwani and a splendid Puligoru necklace.
The Wedding Reception
After a destination wedding in Udaipur, newlyweds Niharika Konidela and Chaitanya JV threw a lavish reception for friends and family who couldn’t attend the wedding. The actress opted for Manish Malhotra lehenga in pastel mint green shade. Niharika paired her lehenga with a statement polki long necklace and stone work earrings set paired with a matching maang tikka and a short black beads mangalsutra necklace.
Pre-Wedding Festivities
Engagement Ceremony
For engagement, Niharika paired her Anushree reddy lehenga with a diamond choker set and matching long earrings, while her fiancé Chaitanya accessorized his look with a statement multi-layered emerald beads haram featuring a diamond pendant.
For engagement photoshoot, Niharika paired a red kanjeevaram saree with kundan jewellery set including a statement kundan necklace, long kundan bottu haram, kundan multiple jhumka earrings, maang tikka and kundan polki vaddanam.
Pellikuthuru Function
Niharika recreated memories when she opted for her mother’s engagement outfit for her Pellikuthuru function. She draped the beautiful 32-year-old blue Benarasi saree with golden border and left everyone mesmerized with lovely guttapusalu jewels and traditional look for her pre-wedding ceremony.
Later Niharika Konidela was seen dazzling in lime green silk saree and wore traditional Lakshmi necklace and earrings set adorned with polki diamonds and rubies, polki maang tikka and polki diamond nakshi vaddanam.
Mehendi Ceremony
For the mehendi ceremony, Niharika opted for a pink coloured lehenga with multi-coloured embroidery which was paired with a net dupatta with matching border. She completed her look with beautiful pastel pink jewellery and was all smiles for the ceremony.
Sangeet Ceremony
For her sangeet ceremony, Niharika chose a contemporary and edgy gown custom designed by Shantanu and Nikhil in a lovely emerald hue with cutouts on sides and a ruffled neckline. She accessorised the look with a choker and earrings with diamonds and topaz.
Haldi Function
Niharika chose a yellow saree with a white embroidered blouse for the haldi, Chaitanya wore a yellow kurta and white pyjama. Her accessories for the outfit included oxidized silver choker, a long neckpiece, jhumkas and bangles.
